Along with the service of **** that urban clap has charged for service of geyser....they are continuing to befool people.The technician has charged **** for hot max element..which I have checked in market is not more than mere *** .They have refunded me *** urban points to shut the matter...in other way made me bound to use urban clap again...with their most expensive services..the technician has also replaced thermostat and cut out and charged *** for same...but there was no need of two..as per the local technician..cut out is in thermostat only...also they have charged me **** in total...for a mere service of *** to *** on the maximum side.I have bought annual membership also which is supposed to offer me discount of *** Rs per service...but it offers the discount as per their convenience only...I checked with salon service it was offering no discount to already existing members but to trap new people they are offering discount of registering for membership...they are still fooling people...
