I had tried to make a booking for a room in OYO on February **th through the OYO website on my mobile phone. The following are the necessary details:
Address: Oyo Townhouse, D-**, *** Feet Rd, Phase *, Chattarpur, New Delhi
Booking dates: **th Feb till **th Feb
Mode of payment: GooglePay (successful)
Payment made to: OYO Rooms
After filling in relevant details on the website, i was directed to the GPAY app where i made the payment. While the payment was successful, the same did not reflect on the OYO website. I finally made the payment in cash at the above-mentioned OYO. Since the payment was successful from GPay's end, and since my bank has confirmed, "twice" that the money has been debited from my account and credited in OYO's account, the problem seems to lie OYO's end. The phone services of OYO were of no help to me. Despite several mails, calls and a complaint on the consumer forum, they refuse to give me my refund.
I hope to get this issue resolved soon and get a refund of Rs. *,*** as soon as possible.
