I made a transaction for booking a hotel via Oyo rooms on **th July **** with transaction amount of Rs ****/- (Rs **** from UPI of Punjab National Bank plus Rs ***/- from Gpay).Paid extra tariff of Rs****/- at hotel that is included in Rs ****/- . It has been more than ** working days since Oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within ** working days. I informed Oyo that there is no issue from the bank side. At the time of Check in to hotel , hotel staff demanded extra tariff as compared to tariff fixed at the time of online booking. After informing this to Oyo rooms they promised me to initiate the refund for extra amount Rs ****/- at the time of check out . Even after more than ** working days my refund is not processed.
Oyo rooms are not responding to my query.
Following are the files attached for the proof of refund promised by Oyo rooms.
Kindly issue the refund as soon as possible.
