OYO Rooms Delhi - Misguiding and about my refund

On **th morning I booked a room in pine view kanlog......I reached there on **th Feb in morning at * am in morning ......so I booked a room from *th to ** th ....I paid amount of *** by Google pay ......when I reached there through the directions which oyo told me.....there was no home stay ....and then I searched for one hour for the room but there was nothing there in that area they just misguided me so I called oyo and they gave me the phonenumber of pine view ......and I called on that number which oyo provided me they there was no response on that number .....so I called again on oyo....they said they will file complaint against that booking and I will get my refund amount within * weeks ......and they just deleted the booking fromy
