Respected Sir/ Madam,
I got enrolled in upgrad.com for the course for nov batch and paid **,*** l. E en m not interested in studying and all then The counselor told me initially we are going to help and upgrade my Software testing skills and sending to us by loans and all a d you can pay later once after getting jobb so I have enrolled on . They have provided a loan from Credit fair for *,**,*** as I told I do t have no ey to pay now they told me to borrow so i paid the down payment of rs *****The course actually started on recently December *th ****and during the welcome webinar, the educator informed me that this is only course nothing related to Software . Immediately I informed the academy that I do not want to proceed further as I am not interested in the course and to cancel my course and asked for a refund through the student contact support.
I told suport team to cancel but she refused and I started dropping mails to escalate the issues from January and they replied as that they cannot cancel my course and refund the amount as the class is started. I stood for my rights and went back and forth by raising my situation to grievance depart. The tech buddy whom the academy had assigned called and informed me stating they are in process of refunding my money and got the same communicated through the email. but nothing happened. Im unable to pay emi's due to our financial conditions of my father and mine I shared medical documents months of going with them, they have replied they won't cancel my course instead I can take up any other course or batch differ and all I'm not in a good situation to study getting so much problem with my health.They have only and I'm not interested at all. Mr Kunal who used to call me and give me updates suddenly stopped picking up my call ls and my councel @sourav blocked not answering call and also they have removed me from the telegram course group for the same. I have all the corresponding emails.
I need a refund and cancellation of my loan. I am going through so much mental torture past * months.
Please help me. I wanted to complain against them and through google, I have found your website. Please help me asap.
