UpGrad abroad - DUE TO MY HEALTH AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL BUT NOT YET RESPONDING

I Dropped so many mails regarding cancellation of my upgrad plan and cancel my active loan. due to my
Family critical situations and health problems and my family financial conditions., As I already discussed with you that I'm not interested and my health was not supporting in studying as well and all so I already informed my counselor and upgrade buddy., So, the only thing is to cancel my plan and active loan and upgrad plan, Due To my personal issues I want to cancel admission due to my health and family conditions.., Please refund my money as soon as possible to propelled bank.My family is not in a good financial status before we are paying personal loans and all now they cant even afford money and study. Please help me asap., Please cancel my active loan as i'm not paying any emi also. I 'm not even ready to study with this mental stress . As I'm elder i need to stay with my parents and look after them.We are charging and spending money on emis of personal loans and to hospitals as well. without my parents' happiness i'm not ready and im very stressed due to all these . I'm not responsible for that at all the extra charges for the pending emi and discussing from last month to ., I'm not interested to study so there's no need of helping me to go in next batch. Nothing is useful for me. As, propelled bank people told the to cancel the loan from institute end . So, please do that., Nothing is helpful without cancelling my loan and plan., Cancel asap.
