UpGrad abroad - I Got Scammed By upgrad

I have applied to upgrad abroad Advanced General Management Program course in september ****. During the course financing process the cousellor misguided me to signup to course which i cannot afford by applyong to two different financiers instead of one so that one dont know other of my affordability to clear the loan,even after i have shared my monthly salary details with her upfront .i have asked to take the course by financing ****** from eduvanz and ****** from Liquiloans. my monthly salary is ***** and the couse emi for each month comes to *****.** of which ***** comes from eduvanz and *****.** comes from Liquiloans. if they could have applied my eligibility for one finance partner i would not have got the loan because of my affordability to clear the loan. Instead of warning me that you can not afford the course they proceed with sales targets. But due to health issues i am not able to take that course And i dont know what to do after a long time i came to know that i can take this matter to courts so i have asked for deffer my course so that my course puts on a hold and i applied for defferal. To my surprise they are demanding ***** rupees defferal fees which is ** percent of total course fee from me even after charging a hefty sum of ****** rupees. They have shared the details with me and whats even surprising is the actual course itself is only ****** rupees from iim ghaziabad if we include ** percent gst the total fees comes down to ****** rupees. So i have been duped, scammed , robbed of ****** rupees without informing me of anything , they only said about the course and dont know what service they have added that has included that increases my course fee by ****** raising the cost to ****** instead of only ******. this is clearly Unfair trade practices or deceptive advertising. meanwhile iim ghaziabad comed with a nirf ranking of ** which is not even in top **.this show they have clearly Misrepresented of the course content or quality, Defective or substandard course materials.I have not even started the course only watched the * introduction videos which is not the course itself after subscribing to the course, they didnt allow to see introductory videos before paying and i dont like the quality of the course. since upgrad promised quality content this is clearly Breach of contract by the course provider and Defective or substandard course materials. So since i didnt got anything upgrad should refund my entire fee i paid that is ****** rupees plus interest and penalties i incurred from the loans taken to finance this course plus harrasement fee plus my oppurtunity cost. and upgrad charged ****** rupees when the actual Advanced General Management Program from iim Ghaziabad costs only ****** . lets say ***** students have chosen this course they have been duped of *** crores. courts should start an investigation of have many people have been duped from this scamming company upgrad.
