Croma - Unwanted Delay in Delivery

I, the complainant, had ordered a product
from Croma's official website
[www.croma.com] on [*st June,****]. The order ID is [EC************]. The product was shipped via Blue Dart courier with tracking ID
[***********].
According to the tracking details, the
product was marked “Out for Delivery
on [*th June,****]. However, as of today[**th June, ****] the item has not been delivered. I have reached out to both Croma and Blue Dart customer support multiple times, but no concrete action has been taken. The delay has
caused me mental stress and inconvenience.
Croma, being the seller, is responsible for
ensuring the successful delivery of the
product. The failure to deliver the product constitutes a deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
Please ensure that,
*. Immediate delivery of the product.

OR, Full refund of Rs.**** ,with compensation of Rs.*** for mental
agony, harassment, and
inconvenience.
