Croma - Received a used product with many parts missing

I purchased the water purifier last week with a trust on Tata thinking you will send a new product.
I was shocked when the installation person opened the box and said it is a used product with many parts missing and scratches etc. I thought croma will understand our frustration for the urgent need and refund or replace it immediately. I uploaded the video and created a support ticket and have been following up every day though X, customer support etc. But nothing happens apart from wasting my time every day. They close the ticket without the resolution and I need to re-open it again.
Wasting too much time, but I get only some calls promising resolution.
