Sankaranand KN filed complaint against Croma on May 22, 2026
I have ordered a laser IPL machine from Croma online shopping on **th May ****, immediately received order acknowledgement via email and SMS. The amount is debited from my account. Till now the order status is unknown. Daily calls to customer care, multiple service requests is all failed and still order status is unknown. Today it is **nd May **** and it is close to a week now
