Dell India Private Limited - Unsatisfactory service from Dell

I have purchased a laptop from dell and the laptop is under Next Business Day warranty till Sep'****. I am facing issue with my laptop, the laptop is not powering on. I tried to book a service call through toll free number but they keep on passing the call to service expert who never responds. And as per the IVRS message i submitted my complaint on Dell Whatsapp Support number. After many attempts i could get a service expert who asked about the problem and asked me to share photos of the adapter, adapter pin and laptop power socket. And assured me that the service But no further action was taken. Now everyday i get a whatsapp message to keep the call open by sending "HI" or "Hello". Also everyday they assure me to solve the issue by the day end. . I have been contacting their service centers from past ** months, explaining my issue to multiple people but they have either delayed their response or never came up with a satisfactory response.
