I am having dell laptop with service tag no-DLPDSC*. It is having issue with webcam, USB ports and keyboard for last ** year since April ****. Having Premium support warranty and nearly ** times remote diagnosis carried out by dell tech support, no service request have been completed. I was great fan of dell service and support since ****. Now I think time has come to change the loyalities to some other brand. I am going to send my complain to consumer court and other forums as well for initiating the legal process against dell. I have suffered financially due to non proper working of laptop during COVID times
