I buy a dell laptop on ** July after I give payment now dell customer service not support me I call almost ** times every time they transfer call and say to wait I wait more then hours and they disconnect call ,I wasted my almost ** hours and I got not solution ,
Customer time is also matter if they waste my time they need to pay compensation.
They don't reply on Gmail
