Hi KTM India,
I'm writing this mail to convey my horrendous service experiences so far owning a Husqvarna Vitpilen ***.
From the very beginning, my brand new bike came with a faulty head light and a lot of scratches on it and hard water spots and panel gaps.
The head light was replaces but the remaining issues are yet to be resolved including a faulty panel.
Further within ** days time, My fuel pump got faulty and made a lot of noise while priming and riding. When I went to the Ulhasnagar Service Centre in Varap they said it's fine and kept denying the faulty fuel pump.
The problems developed further when my motorcycle would refuse to start once stalled and I'd have to kill the engine and turn off the ignition and then turn ON the ignition and start the engine. The service centre still denied the faulty fuel pump and it took me three visits to the service centre for them to finally place an order for the fuel pump and it's been ** days since then and my fuel pump is yet to be replaced.
The motorcycle further developed another problem where my motorcycle would refuse to slot it *st gear from second gear, the gear keeps slotting into neutral even with a heavy foot.
The service and the sales experience has been extremely disappointing and disheartening.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
