i purchased ktm rc *** on **rd may since then the dealer has been fooling around with the false commitments *st there was an iphone contest going on where my photo was clicked and if i was lucky then i would have won an iphone x. where these guys haven't posted any photo on facebook page where it was live. then the incharge of the said showroom told that i cannot give discounts on bike but then i can assure that you can run the bike on budhh international circuit which costs around **k inr to go there and through us it'll only cost you **** inr.
these two false commitments were followed by one more that whenever you bring in your bike for service i'll ensure that you get discounts on the same.
when i went for the *st service there was no promised discount in-fact the incharge was even not there after seeing me there in showroom.
it was after *month and some days that my mother called in asking about rc and number plates then they told my mum that rc would take time and number plate is ready.
i went to the showroom today ui.e **th and after *.* months as well they don't have the rc and as per the incharge of the showroom the printers of rto are not working due to which this is taking time and i'll get a message for the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
