Getting no responses from the companies officials and no proper explanation.I purchased my bike in last November and in *months of purchased I faced issue in engine head noise when i showed this to service center they said we are not having parts so i have to for **days and in this span you can keep with bike with yourself as they are not having place to park my bike in the garage after ** days i called them no responses from their again i have to wait and lastly i reached again to service center they are saying that they cannot take my bike because they have other ones after having hard conversations with supervisior he said come day after Tomorrow we will take up your bike as now parts are available and we will deliver your bike agian after **days.After buying ktm i felt that i purchased a burden for *lakhs i have to visit again again to the service center and now they have taken the bike for **days so i don’t have any vechile to communicate.I am facing problem daily basis
I don’t know why only consumers has to scarifie and they are not even compromising even a bit i face this issue in warranty period in overall situation I’m the one who is suffering . I don’t suggest ktm now to any one and even the place “osl motor group ktm vip kolkata” They are just ready with an exuse if you ask anything to them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
