I have booked * ticket mumbai to aurangabad mob no ********** i was waiting at hanuman road bus stop from * pm and pickup timing was *:** i called abhibus customer care atleast ** times and and * callers just listened my query and put my call on hold and then disconnected my call inspite i was on line for ** minutes
At *:** i searched and called sana travels aurangabad they said there is a change in bus we will adjust you on **:pm bus that too after calling them several times
It was worst experience even before a bus travel
I demanding strongest action should taken against call responders and sana travels and I demanding full refund of my travelling Ticket unfortunately I booked my return ticket from pathetic abhibus i also wanted refund of my retun ticket imagine who stand on highway for a bus for * hourss???
