Kalakaar india - Unresponsive to mails of return

I ordered a phone cover from Kalakaar and it didn't fulfill my expectations so I immediately dropped them a mail on the provided email ID. However, they haven't replied to any of my multiple mails and continue to remain as unresponsive as ever. The product was delivered on *.**.**** and the first complaint mail was also sent on the same day. Their exchange policy states that the complaint must be filed within ** days of receiving the product so I'm left with only ** days and not one mail from them has been received yet. It was a prepaid order and now, I feel helpless.
