On April **th, my vehicle experienced a breakdown and was subsequently sent for service at the KIA Nettoor branch. Despite the urgency of the situation, it was not until May *rd that I received a courtesy car, which was only provided after I escalated the issue to KIA India. My vehicle was finally returned to me on June **th, after an unreasonable delay of over two months. During this time, the warranty period on my vehicle expired.
Within just two days of receiving the vehicle, I discovered that the rear camera was malfunctioning. When I approached KIA for a resolution, they informed me that I would have to pay ₹**,*** for the replacement of the camera. This issue would have been covered under warranty if the repairs had been completed in a timely manner, ideally within a week or two. The extended delay caused by KIA's service center resulted in the warranty expiration, leaving me unfairly burdened with this additional cost.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
