Esteemed Sir/Madam, With due respect,I would like to inform to your goodself that I am Tusar Kanta Mohanty having a proud owner of your prestigious Car Kia Carens had purchased one demo Carens Car diesel having Regd.No.OD**BW**** from a CONSORTIUM MOTORS PVT LTD (CENTRAL KIA),Plot No. ***/****, NH-**, Pahal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha ******,located at Bhubaneswar,Odisha,India during the month of Sept'**. It may be mentioned here that from the date of purchase I was facing the issues relating to Diesel Regeneration, Engine malfunction & other signals in every fifteen days, for which I had many communications with the showroom as well as communication with the KIA INDIA CUSTOMER CARE through e-mail on *th October ****. I have enclosed all the mail correspondences and whatsapp chats with the officials of the dealer for your kind reference.
It may be mentioned here that on **th October ****,I had gone to Trupti KIA showroom to repair the oil leakage from Gear Box.After ** days of repair, a car warning Check Engine light blinked on my dashboard and for which today I had gone to Trupti Kia Showroom,Bhubaneswar for showing the issue. The service manager finally told me that my DPF system & PM sensor is to be replaced and the system will be cleaned, for which there will be an estimate of Rs.*****/- to be expended.
With humble request ,I would like to inform you that this DPF and Sensor issue has been continuing since my date of purchase. I think these parts of my Car may have been damaged during the time of purchase of the Car.After regular complaints with the Central Kia showroom, they might have repaired it instead of replacing the same. Now, the service manager of Trupti Motors is telling there is no warranty for these parts .I have to bear the entire cost of the spare parts. Therefore, I would request your honour to look into the matter and resolve the issue as I am facing since the date of purchase.The officers of the dealer is misleading by saying that it is the manufacturing defects. I have a question to them that how a product of Rs.** lakhs , the parts of which will be damaged within * years having cost of Rs.* lakh approx. This issue I am facing since **** not suddenly came in ****.
When there was warranty for these parts, the CONSORTIUM MOTORS PVT LTD (CENTRAL KIA) showroom people intentionally repaired these parts instead of replacing the same. But, now they are telling me that there is no warranty, for which I have to pay the entire amount from my own pocket. Kindly look into the matter.I am waiting for your justice as well as the action.
