KIA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED - Brand new Kia Seltos Car broke down on day of delivery

Dear Kia Team,
My name is Ruchi Pandit, and I am writing to you with a matter of immediate urgency regarding my recent experience with Kia Seltos (HTX IVT AT model)

I purchased a brand new Kia Seltos on *nd feb (from Crystal Kia, Baner, Pune), with high hopes and confidence in the quality and reliability of Kia vehicles. To my utter displeasure and distress, experience thus far has been quite distressing and nightmarish. Yesterday, after * days, and merely ~*** kms driven, the car broke down. I was driving in traffic , and stopped the engine because of traffic. On restart, the car stopped accelerating. I came to a halt. Car was then pulled to the service centre by a lousy roadside assistance. At around *:**PM, we got confirmation that the vehicle has reached the service centre and with an assurance that the next day the team at service centre will look into the issue and revert back to me.

Today at the service centre, the team there after * - * hours of troubleshooting were unable to find the issue.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I urge you to investigate the root cause of this breakdown and take necessary steps at the earliest.

Really disappointed after knowing that there is no priority, severity to address these kinds of tickets. Moreover, barring sympathy/consoling, I am not getting anything concrete from the team.

I understand that every company may encounter occasional challenges, but it is how those challenges are addressed that truly reflects the values and integrity of the brand. I trust that Kia, under your leadership, will uphold its reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Honestly , I expect a replacement in such cases. This particular unit seems like a faulty unit to me and I am losing my confidence in Kia as a brand.

This was my first stint with Kia, because I have heard of some very good reviews on Kia's commitment to excellence, I am deeply disappointed by this unforeseen incident. Not only has it disrupted my daily routine, but it has also raised concerns about the overall reliability and quality control of Kia vehicles.
