Unresolved TV Repair Under Jeeves Complete Protection Extended Warranty

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I have received under the Jeeves Complete Protection Extended Warranty for my VU television, which I purchased through Flipkart.

On **th September ****, my TV stopped working, and I promptly raised an issue with Jeeves regarding the repair. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this through customer support and written emails, it has now been more than ** days with no progress. I am deeply frustrated by the following:

My repair request has been repeatedly closed without resolution.
New claims are being created, seemingly to avoid breaching the SLA, without actually addressing the repair.
There has been no meaningful communication or progress, despite my continued follow-ups.
As per the terms of the Jeeves Complete Protection Extended Warranty, I was assured that the cost of repairs would be covered, or I would receive a refund of the product cost if the repairs could not be completed within the stipulated SLA. Neither of these promises has been fulfilled, and I am extremely concerned by the lack of action and transparency.

I kindly request immediate action to:

Repair the TV or refund the purchase amount of product and protection Rs. **,***.
Provide a formal explanation of why the SLA has been bypassed without resolution.
