Actually, It's really regretting that PayTm can't even take at least somewhat harsh actions, against both such fraudster numbers-to safeguard other users Trust on app.
Say, You at the operational level has power to reach TrueCaller platform,Block such spam PayTm Accounts & even can be contacted to police for security policy governance of PayTm under Information Technology Act, ****.
Through TrueCaller acquaintance , I also inquired that both contacts location & nearby operations carried away by single fraudster only.
Why my *** Rs. Transaction successful in between & immediate before+after such ****,**** Rs. Transfers cracked down by same persons through his * different numbers & Also even before I call how can someone blocked me without any previous transaction.
On immediate basis after transfers to changed Numbers, I tried calling but blocked my contact even before... I couldn't perceive how someone fraudulently change first digit of number at PayTm & also blocked my number through Truecaller...I think some well planned crackers group had consolidated efforts,I erge you to please specifically note both such PayTm Accounts...
As a budding Chartered Accountant, I could expect to give back **** Rs. & lodge action against both PayTm accounts as a measure of Trust policy.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
