RAJDIP BARUI filed complaint against Jeeves And Flipkart on Jun 15, 2025
Dear Flipkart Support Team,
Today is **th June, and I am extremely disappointed that there has still been no resolution or reimbursement from your end, despite multiple follow-ups since **th May regarding a service initiated through Jeeves, your authorized partner.
Due to continuous delays, false promises, and repeated "please wait for * more days" responses from the Jeeves team, I was left with no choice but to get my phone repaired independently from a Motorola Authorized Service Centre after weeks of inaction.
As of now:
I have incurred a total expense of ₹*,*** for the repair.
In addition, ₹*,*** was already paid for your failed Jeeves service.
➡️ Therefore,
I demand a total reimbursement of ₹*,*** to my BANK.
This entire experience has been exhausting and reflects a complete breakdown in Flipkart’s service delivery and post-sales support through its own partners.
If the full refund of ₹*,*** is not processed and confirmed within the next * working days, I will be forced to take the following steps:
File a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum (NCDRC)
Escalate this issue publicly via social media, consumer grievance platforms, and Flipkart escalation channels
If no reply is received, I will consider this silence as intentional ignorance and a refusal to take ownership of your service partner’s failure and unwillingness to resolve the issue.
