Uber India - Excess fare collection by in the name of toll fee

Toll fee has not been paid by the driver. To be refunded I have got the refund of the undeposited toll amount for my ride on dated **.**.**. It is informed that collection of toll at DND toll plaza has been stopped as per the orders of the honourable court. Hence it is against the law on part of Uber to still collect toll charges in the taxi fare. Please correct billing systems & reduce customer hassles. It is highly irritating to raise this issue on a daily basis to get refunds from Uber. Hope Uber would stop such unethical practices. In spite of this, if no action is taken by Uber in the next couple of days to permanently solve the issue, I shall file a formal complaint with concerned Govt authorities & appropriate consumer forums. It's understood that DND toll collection has been withheld by honourable court. The driver hasn't paid toll fee & hence the toll fee collected from us should be refunded by Uber. Uber should also check & update billing systems as per the latest changes in the market. Collecting toll fee from consumers & not remitting to the concerned authorities is an offence. Hope Uber would take corrective actions like updating fare calculation systems & also refund my money. DND toll wasn't paid by driver & hence amount to be refunded for both morning & evening trips made from my residence to office on the date. I expect at least tomorrow faulty bills won't be raised. Point-based rating of drivers is ok. What about my money that's given to Uber & unpaid to the toll plaza. That's my money & it should be returned back since Uber through its driver has failed to remit at the toll plaza. Uber's unethical behaviour is again demonstrated by not talking about the money that has been collected from me. If not resolved by refund, I shall take up in all available platforms including reporting to consumer court & concerned Govt regulator for app-based cab services.
