The driver called me before the ride and asked me to cancel the Rapido booking and travel directly, which refused due to safety concerns.
After I boarded, he avoided the usual expressway route and kept taking different roads, including isolated areas, despite me raising the concern. It appeared he was avoiding the toll route to save money, which made me reach almost * hour late.
During the ride, he also switched off the phone used for the booking and used another phone for navigation, because of which I could not share my live location.
Despite not taking the toll route, toll charges were still included in my fare, and extra time charges were added due to the delay caused by the driver. I request a refund of the toll and extra time charges and strict action against the driver.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
