Rapido - Rapido driver kept waiting for almost 30 mins and did nt came to pickup On call he kept saying that

On **th Mapril ****, I booked a rapido cab in Mumbai. Wait time was showing * mins. I called the driver and told him that I will come outside my complex and wait till the time he reaches so that I could save time. He told me to wait there and he will reach in * mins. He didnt turned up. I called him after ** mins and he said I am reaching. I was waiting there for half an hour and he didnt come. Neither was he receiving my call. On rapido app it was showing that he has already moving in other direction. I wasted my half an hour. I was heading for an important work in office and because of him I couldnt reach on time. He should had alteast informed me that he is not coming. Need a strict action against such drivers. They get higher paid ride and dont show up. They dont even have courtesy to call and inform that they are not coming. Require a strict action.
