Please provide the proof of rapido charging me *** instead of ***.
No where on the rapido it is showing that you people charged more.at the end of the ride. All along it was showing ***p. Then ride ended and *** was showing.i downloaded the receipt and it showing only *** not ***.

Subject: Complaint Against Rapido for Overcharging and Lack of Fare Transparency
I would like to file a formal complaint against Rapido regarding an unfair and non-transparent fare increase during my recent ride.
During the entire trip, the Rapido app continuously displayed the fare as approximately ₹***. At no point during the ride was I informed that the fare was increasing or that additional charges were being applied. However, immediately after the ride ended, the final amount suddenly changed to ₹***.
What is even more concerning is that the ride receipt downloaded from the app still shows only ₹***, while I was actually charged ₹***. This creates a serious transparency issue because:
The app did not clearly notify me of any fare revision during the ride.
The final charged amount does not match the official receipt.
No proper breakup or justification for the additional ₹** has been provided.
The ride was approximately ** km in Delhi and lasted around ** minutes. Considering normal traffic conditions in Delhi, this duration is not unreasonable or extraordinarily above expected travel time. Therefore, charging extra under the claim of “more time than expected” appears arbitrary and unjustified, especially when:
The estimated fare remained visible as ₹*** throughout the ride.
No warning or consent was requested before increasing the fare.
The receipt itself contradicts the final charged amount.
This conduct amounts to:
Lack of pricing transparency.
Misleading fare representation.
Unfair trade practice.
Failure to provide accurate billing documentation to the consumer.
As a customer, I have the right to know:
Why the amount charged differs from the fare shown during the ride.
Why the receipt does not reflect the actual amount deducted.
On what basis the additional amount was calculated.
I request:
A detailed fare breakdown explaining the additional ₹** charge.
Refund of any unjustified excess amount charged.
Greater transparency in fare revisions during rides.
Correct and accurate receipts reflecting the actual amount charged.
I believe this issue affects not only me but potentially many consumers who may be charged differently from the fare initially displayed without proper disclosure.
I have been connecting the support with repeated requests of refund and reciept of *** charges and breakup of this .
For last one week. I just get response of sorry. They did not provide the proof of charges that I paid *** for that particular ride.
