It was my daughter's birthday (*th October ****) for which I booked Oyo room in **** wt noida. We were * adults and my * yrs young daughter. (Me, my husband, my mother and my daughter).
Due to rate difference we decided to cancel and go a head with new booking. Although when I entered the hotel I was feeling little uneasy however due to shortage of time we decided to check in. Staying there for *min I understood the meaning of couple friendly hotel.
The hotel was not hotel it was something else it was not for family. Both of the rooms we had were pathetic (spider web, mud, totally untidey yak being straight forward it was a shit) I informed the so called manager (Mr Ashish Kumar) and asked to make it clean, not very surprisingly it was not done. Well we did spend one night in this hotel and in morning they refused to give breakfast to my daughter.
I complaint about this to the call center no action was taken , although I received mail from Nisha twice and they said they will revert back, well I don't have to tell what happened. No mail no call even after requesting them to solve my issue.
I would like to request family people not book this hotel in anycase.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
