I have booked an Oyo property from an Oyo app. I paid **** for the cab services to reach to the hotel. They denied giving the room by saying that they are not tied up with Oyo anymore. I had to pay **** for the instant direct booking that Oyo should pay. But Oyo did not help me with anything.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
