I had booked hotel through OYO on **/**/** in Noida.I was new to the city,so I followed Google map.On reaching the place I found the there was no hotel in that place and no one knows about that hotel.It was a residential area and no public transport was available at that place.Somehow after searching for around *hrs the hotel was found.The hotel didn't had any name board.After reaching hotel I showed the booking Id received from OYO through watsapp but the hotel person asked for double charge.The hotel name is The Palace at ** OYO *****.I came out of the hotel and found an auto but he charged me Rs*** to take me to another hotel because it was already time **.** and it was all like a noman area.The same incident happened on the next day the hotel name is The Signature * OYO ******.
