I am writing to raise a concern regarding an order I placed through zomato platform on [**.*.**]. Despite the order being marked as delivered/completed, I did not receive the food.
The payment for this order has already been deducted from my account. I tried to find an option to report this issue or request a refund through the app, but I was unable to do so.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and process a full refund at the earliest. I would also appreciate an update on the status of this issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
