On **/**/****, I placed an order through Zomato from Lucky Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The total amount paid was ₹***.**.
The butter chicken delivered had a foul/off smell and appeared spoiled. The gravy had an abnormal texture and oil separation, making it unsafe to consume. The tandoori roti was also stale, dry and hard. I reported the issue immediately through the Zomato app and submitted photographs as evidence.
Zomato rejected my refund request after stating that the restaurant claimed the food was freshly prepared. My complaint to the National Consumer Helpline also did not result in a refund. I believe the complaint was not properly investigated because smell and food quality cannot always be determined from photographs alone.
I request a full refund of ₹***.** and a fair review of my complaint based on all the evidence provided.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
