We have bought Aquaguard Select Classi+ under your invoice dated **.**.**** (invoice attached), against the exchange of our existing/old unit using for more than **years old.

Through your sales man Mr.Abhishek Mishra - (Code ********).

We informed him after two/three days of delivery to Mr.Abhishek Mishra that we did not want the new one which was delivered to us, but he ignored our message.

We have also informed the person who came to fix the New UNIT to take back the unit we do not want, but he said he can't take but he will inform the sales team,

Reason for delay, We informed your salesman Mr.Abhishek - but he not responded to our numerous calls, after almost two months we have called with different numbers then he responded and informed us that i am emergency leave at native place.

After repeated requests he gave Mr. Surendra Number (Mobile : ***** *****) he took almost a month to say its not possible to take back the unit.

Please also note that the package was INTACT and no package opened / damaged, laying as it was delivered to us.

WITHOUT ERROR FROM OUR SIDE, ONLY BEACAUSE OF IRRESPONISIBLE ACT BY YOUR TEAM, IT GOT DELAYED. LOOKING AT OUR LONG RELEATION SHIP. KINDLY TAKE THIS UNIT BACK AND MAKE THE PAYMENT AT THE EARLIEST.
