*. I start my journey with a particular amount decided by them. However, in the middle of the journey, they increase the charges saying your fare may vary, and then they charge me extra. My question is why do they have to increase fare in the middle of the journey. Why do this cheap shit?
*. We pay so extra for the cabs for the need of comfort but the condition of the cab service is equal to the bullock cart that too under this hot sun in Bangalore. Cabs are smelly without A.C and dirty interior.
I have been booking auto for the last *-* weeks.
*. Once I had to pay the double amount because the UPI payment didn't work at that very moment and I driver told me to pay cash. It was an emergency situation for me. Then after some time when I was booking another cab, it showed that I have a pending amount which I had to pay so that I can book my next ride.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
