Riddhi filed complaint against Ola on Sep 3, 2019
On ** May I took a ride from my place (Sangam apartment sec ** Rohini) to Jhandewalan. My ride fare was Rs. ***. I chose a payment option as a credit card. But when I asked the driver for a payment through card he denied so I had to pay him in cash. Then a few days after the incidence when I tried booking an old ride then it showed a balanced amount of Rs ***.
I have been getting threating messages and calls stating about some 'legal action' on a daily basis from ola for the same. I don't get the point of paying again when I have already paid. The mistake was committed on drivers end.
Even I tried contacting the customer care but there customer support is not at all good you can't even get a customer care number from google.
But today I contacted the customer care through their support section. To my surprise, I got there no. over there. After having a word with the executive the solution that I got was that I need to pay the amount again to resume my account back to normal.
I don't get the point of paying again when I already paid them. I was looking for a solution to this and I got to know about this platform today and thus I am putting the whole issue here.
