We have changed the motor in the month of February and it showing problem in motor again after ** days after that we Logged Complaint to the manager of ola showroom (Rourkela) and he said that the service boys are gone to sambalpur ola showroom they will come after * week then I will send them to your house to check the problem of your E-scooter then we will do the further procedure . In that time the e -scooter was running but today morning it totally stopped working and showing system issue. We call one of the guy to the service centre he said he will check but he didn't came . He said that he will come at evening and check the scooter then he will say and now he is not receiving call.
Please help
