First Mistake:-
Regarding my purchase made on Feb **. An advance of ₹**,*** was paid and the loan was
successfully processed.
The Issue:
Broken Commitment: Delivery was promised for March *, then rescheduled to March *. Both deadlines were missed.
Negligence: The store staff claimed the vehicle was "allotted to a different state due to an AI mistake."
Unfair Refund Terms: I am being pressured to cancel and told a full refund will take ** days, which is unacceptable given the error is
entirely on Ola’s end.
Second Mistake:-
Demand for Bribe: The Store Manager called me today demanding ₹*** in cash to "fasten the delivery process." When I asked for a bill,
he claimed it was an "RTO charge," but refused to provide any official documentation.
Threats & Delays: When I refused to pay without a receipt, he threatened to delay my delivery indefinitely.
Company Disrespect: When I mentioned escalating this, the manager explicitly stated that "there are many complaints against the
company and yours will not be entertained."
Third Mistake:-
Taken Delivery on **st March.
with all this problem i denied to take but they have informed you cant cancel now. i was left out option so i took the bike after nearly one hand half month struggle.
Fourth Mistake:-
to express my extreme disappointment regarding my OLA S*X purchase and the unacceptable service experience in
Ranipet/Vellore.
Despite reporting that a store employee solicited a bribe of ***/- (with evidence provided), no action has been taken. Furthermore, I
have had to transport my vehicle to the Vellore service center (**km away) four times in a single month for recurring brake pressure
issues, incurring *,***/- in towing charges. This is despite being assured at the time of purchase that the nearby Walajah Road store
would handle servicing.
To add to this, the store manager has explicitly stated there is "no guarantee" on electrical components, and my vehicle remains
without a permanent number plate.
I am hereby demanding either a full refund or a replacement with a new, defect-free vehicle. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be
forced to pursue legal action through the Consumer Forum to seek a refund and compensation for harassment and financial loss.
So please i request your team if possible to get out of this OLA thing
