I was told that the rent for a room was **,*** plus the electricity bill. I also have it written by their sales manager. I have paid my rent regularly for three months in February, March and April. Even then, there is unnecessary due shown there on their stupid app even after multiple complaints and mails and everything where I have given them proof. After leaving Colive Chennai in the May, they have now sent me a legal notice for dues.
I didn't even ask for the refund of the security deposit because I didn't raise a notice for leaving as I had to leave urgently and stil, they continue to place unnecessary due demands and have sent me a legal notice.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
