Colive Chennai - Scam in the name of Reservation Charges

I was asked to pay Reservation fee even before I could visit the property and the Colive representative insisted that I pay now and if I'm not satisfied with the property I can get the refund and If I like it, this *,***Rs will be compensated in the monthly rent but when I reached out to the PG owner that I got after making the payment said, he will charge me the full amount and that *,***rs will not be considered for deduction. The worst part is the location I paid for and the one I was allotted is not the same. i reached out to the representative, asking for a refund and I haven't received any response to my messages or calls.
