Colive chennai - Security deposit Not returned

I vacated on **/**/**** without permission they deducted ****+ amount of * months for electricity bill last month also I paid the electricity bill sperately but in the settlement sheet they mentioned * months electricity bill as ****+ and then sepration charge ****. And the remaining amount ****+ added in my colive passbook they are telling that they are giving irrestible offer something but I feel pathetic and surprised how can they add my money to their own wallet/passbook without my permission. When I am entering in to colive they said you'll get the security deposit with minus of *days amount which is ****-*** =**** this is the amount I need in my account back i have all the bills and mails.
