Colive chennai - Deposit taken but no association with the Owner

Colive took my money on *th November with an assurance that they are taking a security deposit for a PG which I was planning to stay. They acted as mediator. On reaching the premise on *th Oct, the owner told that they have no association with Colive. And colive has defrauded other customers. Since I made the payment with Credit card company. I made a complaint with credit card company. After repeated reminders from Bank, they alloted me a a room in Noles **** PG (as claimed on their site).
Of course, I didn't avail the service as they gave this property to save their face after ** days. I am staying in another PG and I suffered mentally. Losing this money has harmed me a lot more. But this is a fraud organisation. Repeated calls from sales of colive makes different promises and take the money from the customers thinking that they will rob them and they will not chase for small amounts. Please ban them. And ask them to pay my money.
