Anu filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jun 4, 2018
Hi,
I booked the Uber Go from my office (Sohna Road, Gurgaon) to my home (Sector ** Part *, Gurgaon) on **th May ****. Driver dropped me off to my location but he didn't end the trip and he traveled to Delhi while I was shown being on ride. I didn't notice this that he didn't end the trip. The amount which was reflecting on the app while booking the cab was ** (after applying some promo) and I had to pay *** for that trip of mine which I never took. The distance from my office to my home is around *.** kms. It was around * at night when I booked the cab. When I received the receipt on my email I called up the driver and he denied going to Delhi. He said that he was in Gurgaon at that time and my receipt shows that the trip ended in Delhi. I tried contacting Uber so many times but these people don't bother to respond. They don't have any contact number, don't reply on emails, I dropped so many complaints regarding this issue but all in vain. I can't find a way to reach out to their customer support. I have faced similar incidents in the past as well but I overlooked them all. But this time they have crossed the limits, I was being charged more than **the original fare. Kindly help as I find no other way to register any complaint against them !!!
