After receiving the product from Myntra, I didn't like the fit. I tried to initiate a return, then return option was available and states that since you selected NORETURN* coupon you are not eligible for return. At the time of check out, I saw this coupon was available in the page. I clearly read the instructions and I confirmed that I didn't select that coupon. When I conveyed my issue with the Myntra agent via Chat, they said this coupons will be auto selected, you've to remove at the time of check out. Why it's auto selected without our confirmation? Customer has to choose it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
