I booked a cab this morning . I tried connecting the driver but he was unable to locate and later he disconnected my call . Later he didn't attended my call and then I cancelled the booking . I was charged **rs which was added in my new ride . I paid *** rs . The online payment option was not available at that moment of time. The driver took *** rs and the bill is of Rs **. I tried to wave-off the cancellation amount but didn't worked and I was charged Rs **. Please clarify the matter and refund my Rs **.
