I hear about this Uber scam before.
It is a lie and the cleaning charge is unjustified.
I am a ** years old architect. We use Uber in the office when We have meetings in areas difficult to park .
My ride was ** minutes long and did not create any car mess as stated in email..
Unfortunately I have not received any response in reference to the complaint about my recent Uber trip
This issue is very distracting and upsetting.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
