Booking Details & Payment:
I paid a reservation amount of [around **k] on [**th Nov] for a booking at [Colive **** town center wakad pune ] via the online portal. Booking ID : ************** - [Subham Chakraborty]
*. Reason for Cancellation:
Due to personal reasons, I decided not to proceed with moving into the Colive property in pune. I formally cancelled my booking via [email and online app and whatsapp] on [*rd dec] during my stay in kolkata as i booked for ** dec but did not come in pune.
*. The Dispute / The Problem:
Despite my cancellation, Colive has not initiated the refund for the reservation amount. I understand that the reservation amount might be non-refundable according to their general terms, but the company is now threatening to generate further invoices or charge extra amounts for a service I have not used and will not use. I am not going to live at the property and will not pay any extra charges beyond the initial reservation amount.
*. Communication with Company:
I have attempted to communicate with Colive regarding this issue on [*rd dec ]. I spoke to [Sam(mobile -**********), a customer service representative] and requested a full stop to any future billing and confirmation of my cancellation. I have attached screenshots/emails of this communication.
Resolution Required (Desired Outcome):
I want Colive to do the following:
Immediately stop generating any future invoices or charges against my name/booking reference.
Formally confirm in writing that my booking is fully cancelled and no outstanding dues remain.
(Optional: If you are disputing the non-refund clause itself) Process a full refund of the [Amount Paid] reservation amount, as I did not utilize any service from Colive.
