It was a terrific experience with make my trip hotel booking. Booked a * Star property in goa for a week to have a relaxing get away with my husband and * year old kid. But as soon as we entered the room it was a disaster. The room was so stinky, dirty and uncleaned. When we checked with the reception they said they did not get time to clean the room as the previous guest left late. Excuse me! Which * star hotels gives such an unprofessional service like this. This was not the end of nuisance when we again entered the room there was a rat crawling on the bed and hiding in our suitcase. We couldn't believe that we had to spend our night in this horrible room filled with pest.
We contacted make my trip customer support to assist and help us change the property but we were even more disgusted listening to their rude unprofessional response that we cannot change the property and if you want to change the property you have to pay ***** RS extra. How can you expect such answer from a support team who is not helping you to come out of the situation but asking for more money sounded like a ransom to pay to change the property to feel safe during this COVID like situation.
