Rossette Grand Vacations Resorts Private Limite - Unhappy with service

This is a fraud company. They do lots of big promises but in actual when you will try to avail their services they will neither reply you properly nor they will book your desired destination. The stay also they provide in * star only by promising of */* stars. Most of the time they will deny to book the property by showing unavailability of rooms. Also at the of taking the package they lie that we can use the stay as per convenience with our our family or friend but after that when you plan your vacation with your family then they will refuse to provide more then one room. It's complete waste of money. They are using my money from past one year and not providing me any refund now. I have not utilized a single trip out of * years package. I had taken the package last year on **/****** .
