Unfair practice and overcharged filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Nov 30, 2018
We three of friends have booked a package from Oyo for ***** each for Bali trip which included airfare and stay with breakfast for * nights and * days which also included stay at Kuta ,Gili island and Semiyaak..everything went well but when we reached Semiyaak the stay was worst as we were given private villa with private pool..the whole villa was having only * lights that is also dull light ,no drinking water was also provided from the resort(Mahalini villa)..no lights near swimming pool area ..at the time of booking we have been shown a very good picture's of property ,after which we have complained the same to Oyo that this all problems we are facing better you can change the resort or refund the money back which they denied and also said that we do not have rights over the property ,somehow we ignored and managed to stay for a night ..on next day we just came from outside but we came to know the lights are been shut of our villa by owner ,for which we have went to reception no one was there , we have been chasing with the Oyo for this but no respond from Oyo ,after an hour a person from resort came and switched on the lights we have asked him why the lights were switched off ,he has no answer for this and at that time we have also informed him that why breakfast was not provided as same was included in the stay..they told us that there is no kitchen for food ..so there is no breakfast provided to any guest..how can Oyo charged me for breakfast?? This was false information provided to us ..also we have asked that person what are the charges for the stay he said that charges is ****** rupiya which comes to **** Inr we have been overcharged for this villa for which we have paid extra money of **** person ..we have also came to know that they do not know any OYo ..they just know that we have booked this villa from Booking.com...this was really bad experience for me with Oyo..we are chasing for compensation caused to us and harresement ..we have asked for refund but they are not responding back..this is totally unfair practice which they are following..I need my money back..I am attaching the provisional package provided by them
